Product Description:
The universal tensile testing machine is widely used for mechanical property tests such as tension, compression, bending and shearing of metal and non-metal materials. With a variety of accessories, it can also be used for mechanical property tests of profiles and components. In the field of testing materials like ropes, belts, fibers, rubber and plastics where the sample deformation is large and the test speed is fast, it also has very broad application prospects. It is applicable to quality supervision, teaching and research, aerospace, steel metallurgy, automobiles, construction materials and other testing fields.
Main features of this machine
1. The test process is controlled by an AC servo motor and an AC servo speed regulation system, which significantly improves the control accuracy and quality. It is smooth, efficient, low-noisy (with almost no noise at low speeds) and the control speed range is greatly expanded (0.05 - 500mm/min). This is beneficial for both low-speed tests of conventional materials (such as metals, cement, and concrete) and high-speed tests of non-metallic materials (such as rubber), and it can also be used to quickly adjust the test space when the load is zero, saving auxiliary test time. The test speed meets the requirements of all current conventional metal and non-metal material test speeds in China.
2.The deceleration mechanism composed of synchronous toothed belts and precise ball screw pairs "strongly" connecting the components makes the structure more simple and elegant, significantly improves the transmission efficiency, and also reduces the height of the lower working platform of the main machine as well as the height of the main machine itself. Thus, the overall appearance becomes more harmonious.
3. According to the axial load calculation formula, the connection of the deceleration system can achieve the maximum test load.
4. By adopting a dual-space structure for tension and compression, the operation is convenient and avoids the cumbersome process of replacing different test accessories when changing between tension and compression bending in the same space.
5. Different specifications of sensors can be configured according to requirements, which greatly expands the test range and meets the measurement requirements for different test loads. The measurement and control system consists of high-precision load sensors, displacement measurement system, servo motor, dedicated independent controller, and dedicated measurement and control software.
